Baccarat is a straightforward card-comparison game. You bet on which hand — Player or Banker — will finish closer to 9, or whether the round will end in a tie. Both hands are then dealt and compared automatically.
How Baccarat Works
- You wager on Player, Banker, or Tie before the deal.
- Two hands are dealt: the Player hand and the Banker hand.
- Card values: 2–9 count as their face value, 10s and face cards count as 0, and aces count as 1.
- Only the last digit of each hand's total matters (a 15 becomes a 5).
- The hand closest to 9 wins. If you bet on the winning side, you're paid; a correct Tie bet pays at higher odds.
Rules
- Bet on Player, Banker, or Tie before the cards are dealt.
- Each hand's value is the last digit of its card total.
- The hand closest to 9 wins the round.
- Player and Banker wins pay at roughly even money; a Tie pays at higher odds.
- Drawing rules for the third card are applied automatically — you don't need to learn them to play.
How to Play
- Place your wager on Player, Banker, or Tie.
- The hands are dealt and their totals are calculated automatically.
- The hand closest to 9 wins.
- Your bet is settled based on which side you chose.

Baccarat FAQ
Do I make any decisions during the round?
No. In this version you only choose your bet (Player, Banker, or Tie); the cards are dealt and the third-card drawing rules are applied automatically.
How are card values counted?
Cards 2–9 are worth their face value, 10s and face cards are worth 0, and aces are worth 1. Only the last digit of the total counts.
Why does Tie pay more?
A tie is a less frequent outcome, so a correct Tie bet pays at higher odds than a Player or Banker win.
